After over a decade of working in the sick model, it became obvious that something was missing.  We've experienced the hospital, primary care, addictions, urgent care- you name it, we've done it. Over that time, we noticed that more could be done for our patients before they even arrived to the doctor's office. Defining Telehealth, LLC was created by a Nurse Practitioner who is here to fill the gap in wellness care. We create realistic wellness plans that meet you where you are. We care about your health and we're here to do what we can to keep you well. You deserve it!
